7. Delivery Failures
Reasons Delivery May Be Delayed:
- Email system delays (typically resolved within 30 minutes)
- Account verification pending
- Payment processing delays via Razorpay
- High server load during peak hours

How to Access Your Account:

- Click "Dashboard" in navigation
- Click "Login with GitHub"
- Authorize SukNeo app on GitHub
- You're logged in and can access all features
9. License and Access Terms
Subscription License: Upon payment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SukNeo services for the duration of your subscription. Access is tied to your GitHub account and cannot be transferred to other users.
10. Concurrent Access
Each subscription allows:
- Access from unlimited devices
- Simultaneous sessions on up to 3 devices
- Cross-platform usage (Windows, macOS, Linux)
11. Geographic Availability
SukNeo services are available globally. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local legal requirements. Check our Terms & Conditions for jurisdiction-specific restrictions.

13. Subscription Renewal and Continuation
For subscription renewals:
